Terms of
Service.
Standard Engagement Protocol v2026. This document governs the technical and commercial relationship between Akasuya Private Limited and our global partners.
Service Provisioning
Akasuya agree to provide technical services as defined in the 'Statement of Work' (SOW). All timelines are estimates based on standard sprint cycles unless 'Hard-Deadlines' are contractually locked.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of custom-built code. However, Akasuya retains rights to proprietary 'Core Engines' and reusable library modules developed in-house.
Operational Uptime
For managed ecosystems, we target 99.9% availability. Akasuya is not liable for upstream failures of Cloud Providers (AWS/Azure) or third-party API deprecations.
Client Responsibilities
Deployment success depends on prompt data access and feedback. Delays in 'Client-Side Variables' may result in a recalibration of the project delivery roadmap.
Payment Terms & Termination
Invoices are issued based on milestone completion. Failure to clear payments within 15 days of 'Technical Handover' may result in temporary suspension of service access. Either party may terminate engagement with a 30-day notice period.
Limitation of Liability
Akasuya is not liable for consequential damages or lost profits arising from unforeseen algorithmic shifts or market-driven data fluctuations. Our liability is capped at the total value of the project's 'Active Phase' costs.
